Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Interactive Best Practices Guide

After conducting a comprehensive research project to gain insights into the current state of consumer engagement around health care, GYMR PR approached Think Tank Creative to create a publication that would summarize their findings.

GYMR PR's research consisted of key findings, participant profiles, quotes, Powerpoints and videos -- all crucial items that needed to be shared in the findings. And, time was tight. In less than two weeks, GYMR would be hosting a webinar to present these findings.

Think Tank Creative suggested creating a publication that would portray this information when printed, as well as in an interactive PDF and online. The printed report was spiral bound and consisted of a companion DVD for the videos. The PDF report, distributed via email, contained an embedded slideshow, movies and bookmarks which allowed the reader to navigate throughout the document. The online version was posted to a microsite developed by Think Tank Creative, behaved similarly to the PDF version but in a Flash environment.

With the new interactive features in Adobe InDesign CS5, Think Tank Creative created all three documents from a single file, allowing us to meet the client's timeline without a problem.
