Overview: PLACES Magazine is the first publication of its kind for the retail real estate industry. Designed to demonstrate Madison Marquette’s extensive expertise and skill set, the publication contained featured articles by-lined by Madison Marquette executives. The odd size (10×12) and high-quality photography and printing helped differentiate the magazine from other trade rags. Custom maps, charts and graphs were create to compliment the content of the publication. Call-outs were used throughout to further reinforce the magazine feel. 15,000 copies were printed and distributed via mail and at industry events.
